Beach scene with sleeping man and woman

In this fantastic scene a man and a woman sleep on a beach while incoming waves lap against the shoreline. The man wears a head covering and sleeps crouching with his cheek resting on his arms. The nude female figure, appearing to be almost twice the size of the man, lies directly on the sand. Pieces of her body have been cleanly removed and sit on a white sheet accompanied by fruit and a hazy drawing of a face.
