Abstracted Landscape with herders and cows

This horizontally oriented composition is made up of a series of outlined shapes filled with various colors that are fitted together to form the representations of a family with two cows and a goat. A grid makes up the first layer of the composition; the squares being broken down further into segregated color fields. Again, Shakir Hassan Al Said has rendered the figures with such a reductive application of line and color as to merely hint at the representation of biomorphic forms.
