Description
The distinguishing characteristic of this work, by Alkodsy, is the pervasive use of outline to delineate shape. The form of a human head and neck, along with two eyes and a nose, are implied with undulating and circular line formations at the center of the composition. Color fields also take precedence as patches of light blue, green, and black move the viewer’s eye over the picture plane.
