Marching soldier with horses

In this dynamic scene, Mahoud Ahmad has rendered all of the figures in rapid motion. The slim soldier, adorned with rifle and khaki fatigues, marches forward with his shadow preceding his steps. The animal figures placed in the background mimic the soldier’s determined energy as the horses gallop with haste and the bird is in flurried flight. The remainder of the composition is blurred giving the sense of a still landscape being traversed.
