Sleeping woman in boat with ghostly figure

Here, Mahoud Ahmad has used the sleeping nude female form to insinuate a dream-like quality to the rendered scene. As the woman sleeps cradled by the boat, a ghostly figure arises from an undetermined space. The vaporous human form on horseback is concealed by a cloak and with an outstretched arm descends upon the sleeping woman.
