Description
This nonrepresentational piece, by Shakir Hassan Al Said, is oriented in a grid-like pattern that fades towards the bottom of the composition. The majority of the color palette is made up of natural brown and tan tones with a white overlay in the lower portion. The textured surface of the work can clearly be seen in the top fourth of the composition as the materials rise above the picture plane and organically drip downwards.
